Community Health appoints board members

Community Health Network announces the appointment of Rafael Sanchez as the new Chair of the Community Health Network Board and Courtney Roberts as a new Network Board Member.

Sanchez has served as a Network Board member since May 2021 and brings extensive experience in corporate leadership and civic engagement. He is EVP, Chief Impact Officer and Indianapolis Market President at Old National Bank.

Courtney Roberts joins the Community Health Network Board with a distinguished background in philanthropy, social impact, and public-private partnerships. She is President of the Ivy Tech Foundation, where she led Ivy Tech’s first-ever statewide comprehensive campaign, raising a record-breaking $340 million to support all 19 campuses across Indiana.

SCORE Indianapolis wins award

After helping to start 516 new businesses, SCORE Indianapolis has been named Chapter of the Year for the Indiana/Kentucky district.

The 2025 SCORE Chapter of the Year recognition is based upon SCORE Indianapolis’ achievements in fiscal year 2024, which began October 2023 and concluded on Sept. 30, 2024.

SCORE Indianapolis, which provides no-cost mentoring to entrepreneurs in Boone, Hamilton, Madison, Hendricks, Marion, Hancock, Morgan, Johnson and Shelby counties, received the coveted Chapter of the Year honor in 2024 as well.

Local mentors worked with more than 1,100 entrepreneurs and small business owners. SCORE Indianapolis mentors conducted 20 local in-person workshops, which were attended by nearly 400 area business owners.
