The Libéma Open in s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands, has been thoroughly eventful, and the action continues in the quarterfinals. Here are my best bets for the quarterfinals. If you agree with me, let me know in the comments.
WTA Libéma Open
Cocciaretto – Lamens: Time 14:30
H2H: 0-0
This meeting will be a first for Elisabetta Cocciaretto and Suzan Lamens. Though Lamens enjoys a home country advantage, Cocciaretto has proven her worth by beating Bernarda Pera in the last round. Lamens is 6-4 in her last ten matches, and Cocciaretto is 5-5 in the same ten games. What stands out to me here is that Lamens is 3-6 on grass in her career, while Cocciaretto is 8-4. The counter to this is Lamens having the better overall record for 2025 at 21-14 to Cocciaretto’s 11-15.
Best Bet to Make
Cocciaretto is the favorite on the books, and I agree. Lamens may enjoy a home edge, but Cocciaretto seems to be just better on grass. If you insist on playing Lamens, I would look at an Asian Handicap. Lamens has great value at 1.55 for -1.5 sets or -1.5 games at 2.17, both on Pinnacle. Cocciaretto does offer fair value on Betway straight up, going for 1.65. There are several ways to cash in here, but I like Cocciaretto straight up.
That being said, Cocciaretto winning is a value bet for sure.

Ruse – Andreescu: Time 16:00
H2H: 0-0
Elena Gabriela Ruse and Bianca Vanessa Andreescu will meet for the first time in the quarterfinals. Our own Andreas Pelekis offers a prediction on this match, read that after this. Andreescu is trying to work her way back, and Ruse offers a tough match. While Andreescu is 6-4 in her last ten, Ruse is an impressive 8-2. While Andreescu might be a favorite, nobody is going to be surprised if Ruse wins.
Best Bet to Make
As stated above, Andreescu is the favorite in this match, and it’s hard to disagree. I agree that the call is pretty tough, especially considering that Ruse is in better form, but that doesn’t mean Andreescu’s form is dogwater. Ruse might be 4-0 on grass in 2025, but it’s also her best start on grass since 2019. Meanwhile, Andreescsu is still 2-0 in 2025, but she’s also better on grass when it comes to their career records on the surface. Ruse is 24-14 while Andreescu is 30-18. Andreescu also made the final of this very tournament in 2024, so she has the experience on this court to win.
That being said, Andreescu winning is a value bet for sure.
Value bet/ the best odds: Andreescu winning @1.66 @Pinnacle
Kudermetova – Alexandrova: Time 11:00
H2H: 3-4
The marquee match for the quarterfinals is easily Veronika Kudermetova vs Ekaterina Alexandrova. Not only are both ladies inside the top 50, but they also have an extremely healthy rivalry and have met in this tournament several times before. Alexandrova trails in the rivalry 3-4, but not only did she win the last meeting, but she also won all three grass meetings, including the final of this very tournament in 2023. Both ladies are 7-3 in their last ten matches.
Best Bet to Make
This one is fairly easy for me. Alexandrova is a favorite for a reason. Not only has she beaten her right here in Hertogenbosch in 2022 and 2023, but she’s beaten her every time they’ve met on grass. Kudermetova seems to dominate their hardcourt meetings, Alexandrova the grass meetings, and they’ve split their time on clay. If the match plays to type, it will be another win for Alexandrova, and then she will have beaten Kudermetova in the quarterfinals, semifinals, and final of the same tournament.
That being said, Alexandrova winning is a value bet for sure.
